UIC will confer Honorary Fellowships on four prominent individuals this year: Dr. Moses M.C. Cheng, Dr. William Jeffrey Craft, Mr. Liu Hongwei and Prof. Wu Jianmin. The Honorary Fellowship is an honour bestowed on distinguished contributors to the life and mission of UIC for their sustained commitment to the development of education and society.

The 2nd Honorary Fellowship Conferment for these individuals and the 5th Graduation Ceremony will be held on 22 June at UIC.

UIC conferred its first Honorary Fellowships last year

Hong Kong Baptist University started granting Honorary University Fellowships at its 50th anniversary in 2006, and UIC conferred its first Honorary Fellowships last year in keeping with the tradition.
