1. Individual who has made eminent contributions to the academia or China, and whose work has a significant impact on the College enhancement.

2. Individual who carries a brilliant portfolio of capabilities and maybe instrumental to the College development, he/she will engage in a substantial partnership with UIC upon the conferment of Honorary Fellowship.
